We invited international teachers to facilitate our practice in contact technique, somatics and performance arts. Alongside the festival, we held an exhibition and discussions about CI’s history and social context. Contact Improvisation creates a unique container for meeting truly each other and ourselves through movement and embodied contemplation, supporting our personal resources, creativity and resilience, which, all in all, will contribute to building social capital whose value goes beyond the dance itself. Once again, we co-created a safe and inclusive place for dancing, researching and experience exchange. 

In a time of continuous war, our hearts were with Ukraine. Thanks to scholarships, we hosted five refugee dancers. We also had many other guests from Ukraine, including participants, teachers, helpers, and people who supported us artistically through photos, films and music…. In addition, we donated part of the proceeds from the festival to Ukrainian aid funds.
