I fall into you…

Weight is not a thing, it’s a force with direction. Weight is fall. To weight is to fall.

Let the weight fall, through the bones, into the earth. 

Don’t hold it, it’s not yours, not your to carry. 

To let is to be ease.

I fall into you, through you. You fall into me, through me.

We are weightless.

If you didn’t understand any of this, do not worry. It’s all very basic CI, all happening all the time. Just putting more care into it, might make things easier, might not.
