Organic/Organization
In this class, we will start exploring the fundamentals of our movement, looking for an organic organisation of our body, bringing into our movement the idea of the body as the universe made by parts in communication with each other.
We will focus on the extremities, exploring different qualities and possibilities of movement; analysing hands, arms and legs, we will aim for fluidity, exploring rhythm, dynamics, shifting weight and reversibility.
In partner work, we will bring all the material to explore the relationships and the communication between bodies, looking for clear and interdependent dialogue.
Class 1: Organic/Organization

Class 2: Layers of Contact
In this class, we will focus on the centre as an initiator of the movement,
and what it means for the organisation for the rest of the body.
We will start with the centre in solo to collect information. Then, when we meet a partner, we will explore information offered to us by the centre and the dynamics that we can create dancing with the centre as an initiator of the movement.
We will analyze deeply the communication between bodies focusing on sharing weight, falling, flying and playing.
