X to one is a format in which we are labbing and asking questions around contact improvisation.

It is an opportunity to learn from each other, dance and receive direct feedback. 

We will facilitate 20min slots where movers can lab together on a previously discussed matter. If there are more people sharing the same question there can also be a group laboratory. Or a one-to-one dance can emerge followed by feedback. After 20min a gong will initiate the change to find a new person, area of interest or group to lab with.
