Using contact improvisation principles to create a dialogue between each other and the space. Mindfulness in movement will help us stay in the Now as well as within in connection with others. We will cultivate awareness in listening through all senses, primarily through touch, giving and receiving weight.
We will focus on our pelvis as the main centre of moving towards each other, following the point of contact through specific exercises and pathways. We will focus on being in contact in duets or trios respecting our own autonomy while being together in dance.
