Rhythm of stillness

You are probably familiar with the state when you are somewhere in the centre of peace of yourself and nowhere at the same time, and the world around you unfolds to its own rhythm, sounds and colours. Everything happens effortlessly, in a timely manner, and everything is in its right place. The most dynamic, fast dance with many supports at different levels can occur around the epicentre of silence inside. And despite, perhaps, the most extreme forms it can take from the outside observer’s perspective, such a dance will be the safest in its essence.

We are always interested in finding and exploring ways to get into such states in and through Contact Improvisation. So we will look together for the keys of CI that open the doors of such states through specific and practical-technical exercises and sometimes very abstractly subtle and contemplative practices.
