Bodynature

I invite you to classes during which we will give ourselves time to experience the body as a part of nature. We will touch the grass with the skin and it will touch us with its stem. We will feel the smell of earth and sweat on our skin. We will relax and immerse ourselves in action, feeling and observation. In a park in the middle of the city, for a while, we will risk an uncritical connection with the environment. With the help of joint movement and conscious presence, we will deal with the materiality of the body, wood, concrete, solar heat, the movement of passers-by, the flow of feelings and the choreography between them.
